As a coach, my goal is to help you understand who you are - not just what you are doing - and help you move closer to where you want to be.
Coaching usually involves a healthy level of challenge, to reawaken your instincts, shine a light on self-limiting beliefs and connect you with your true values and aspirations.
I’ll bring a positive mindset, good humour and an empathetic approach, and will create an open, safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore challenges, situations and relationships from all side
I work with clients on a 1-to-1 basis, primarily online, and offer two packages responding to different needs.
Change in action
4-6 x 1 hour sessions, every 2 weeks
This package is targeted towards individuals who are looking to realise rapid change, approaching an important decision, or experiencing challenging situations in the present moment.
On-going transformation
6 x 1 hour sessions, every month
This package offers on-going, reflective support to individuals who are looking to embed new ways of thinking and working, as they realise positive transformation over a longer period of time.

We’ll begin with a free-of-charge 15 minute ‘chemistry call’ to discuss why you’re coming to coaching and what you hope to achieve.
Costs differ if you’re paying yourself or if your employer is paying. (Payment is required in advance).
