In 2024, I established my own Executive Coaching and Consultancy business, following 20 years in Marketing roles in some the UK’s most dynamic and vibrant cultural institutions.

Having gained my Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from the renowned Henley Business School, my mission as a Coach is to help clients discover and connect with their true values, and reduce the gap between who they are and what they are doing.

My practice is informed by my belief that the future can be better than the past - a belief I gained from my personal experience of coaching, therapy and 12-step recovery to overcome personal and professional challenges.

Those same beliefs equally inform my work as a Consultant, where I bring two decades of experience shaping strategies that connect audiences to contemporary culture at its finest. Here, my mission is to help cultural organisations build brand, communications and marketing strategies that are informed by a deep understanding of their audience's needs, and how to bring that to bear on the realisation of their mission.

I spent 8 years as Director of Marketing & Audiences at Somerset House – the Home of Cultural Innovators – preceded by roles at the UK’s leading producing theatres, including the Donmar Warehouse, National Theatre and Young Vic.

I’m a Trustee of Shoreditch Town Hall, and Chair of Outside Edge Theatre Company, the UK’s only theatre company and participatory arts charity focused on addiction.

I’ve contributed to a wide range of arts and culture, spanning theatre, exhibitions, visual arts, live music, digital culture, popular seasonal entertainment, emerging creative practice and pioneering engagement programmes.

I’ve delivered transformational brand and digital strategies which have brought to life significant shifts in an organisation’s mission, redefining its place in the world and successfully bringing audiences on that journey.
